Assistance:
The College employs a number of advanced computer science students to provide technical support to lab users. They are knowledgeable, but not experts in all problems that may arise. They will provide assistance in interpreting system diagnostic/error messages, help with language syntax, and general debugging. It is the student's responsibility to design and/or implement the programs, and students should not expect the lab assistants to do it for them.
