Located at the Academic Support Center on the first floor of Louis Bennett Hall, the Tutoring Center provides support for written work in all classes and disciplines. Peer tutors are available to assist students with any stage of the writing process from invention to research to final draft.
Peer Tutoring
The Tutoring Center provides peer tutors for a wide variety of classes in every field. Support is available for individual tutoring and standardized testing.
The tutoring program is designed to help students achieve academic success by providing qualified peer tutors to students who request assistance in their course work. Any student is eligible for this free service.
Visit the Tutoring Center for all your tutoring and study needs. Walk-ins are welcome!
Tutors are generally students who have performed well in the subject for which they wish to tutor. Students interested in becoming tutors may inquire at the Academic Support Center. A recommendation from one faculty in their specific field is required.
